Our Returns Promise
We want you to love your SUNWEAR. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for return/exchange:
✓ Must be within 30 days of delivery
✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
✓ Original tags must be attached
✓ Must include original packaging
✗ Final sale items cannot be returned
2. How to Initiate a Return
Simple 3-step process:
- Visit sunwearstylish.com/returns-portal
- Complete the return request form
- Print your prepaid return label (U.S. only)
3. Return Options
Choose what works best for you:
● Refund to original payment method
● Exchange for different size/color
● Store credit (no expiration)
4. Refund Processing
- Allow 3-5 business days for return processing
- Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Exchange Processing
- Processed within 2-3 business days of receiving return
- Free standard shipping on all exchanges
- Subject to product availability
6. International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Recommend using tracked/insured mail
- May be subject to customs fees
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
7. Damaged/Defective Items
For quality issues:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
8. Final Sale Items
Cannot be returned/exchanged:

9. Return Shipping
- U.S. returns: Prepaid label provided
- International returns: Customer responsibility
- Must ship returns within 14 days of approval
10. Holiday Policy
Extended return window:
- Purchases Nov 1-Dec 24 can be returned until Jan 15
